Payment Policy

1. Revenue Share

Flowtuna is committed to providing fair compensation for your contributions. Our revenue sharing policy is as follows:

Revenue Distribution: Customers will receive 90% of the revenue generated from their songs or content. Flowtuna will retain 10% of the revenue as its share.
Post-Subscription Renewal: If a customer's yearly subscription expires and is not renewed, Flowtuna will pay only 50% of the revenue earned by the customer from their content after the subscription period ends.

2. Payment Processing

Bank Details: Payments will be made to the bank details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the bank details provided are accurate and up-to-date. Flowtuna will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect bank details. Please verify your bank details carefully before submission.
Payment Frequency: Customers can choose to receive payments on a monthly basis.
Processing Time: Payments may take 2-5 business days to process, depending on the policies of the bank and any applicable payment processing systems.

3. Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: Ensure that the bank details you provide are correct. Flowtuna is not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or outdated bank information.
Renewal and Royalties: Be aware of the impact of subscription renewal on your royalty payments. If you choose not to renew your subscription, the royalty payments will be adjusted as specified in our policy.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Flowtuna does not provide refunds for any subscription fees upon cancellation. Once a subscription is canceled, customers will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. You may continue to use the services until the end of the current subscription term, after which access to premium features will be discontinued.
