Individual assignment and use of accounts
Accounts are designated for individual users only. Each user accessing Flowtuna’s services must have their own account and pay the applicable fees. Premium accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared, even among employees or collaborators of an organisation that is paying for the service. Each employee must have their own dedicated Premium account.
Premium accounts
Flowtuna offers the option to upgrade your account privileges for a fee. Upgrading converts your account to a Premium Account, lifting certain restrictions that apply to non-subscribed accounts. Flowtuna accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking, and will automatically charge your chosen payment method annually depending on the selected Premium Account plan. If any fee is not paid promptly, or if Flowtuna cannot process your transaction with the provided payment information, we reserve the right to revoke access to your Flowtuna account and files. If your account remains in arrears for more than five (5) days after notification, Flowtuna may, at its discretion, reduce your royalty payments and restrict Premium features.
Billing
Premium subscriptions
Fees for Premium Accounts are billed from the date you upgrade and on each renewal thereafter unless you cancel your account. The renewal date is available on your “Account” page. Flowtuna will automatically bill your chosen payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your Premium Account. If your Premium Account began on a day not contained in a given month or year, Flowtuna will bill on the last day of that period. For example, if your Premium Account started on January 31st, the next billing date would be February 28th.
The amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes to your account, or changes in applicable taxes, and you authorise Flowtuna to charge your payment method for such varying amounts. All charges are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
If you upgrade your Premium Account, the renewal date will reset, and you will be billed for the first period of the upgraded service on a pro-rata basis. Flowtuna may change its charges or add new charges from time to time, with advance notice by email. If your payment method expires, your continued use of Flowtuna services constitutes authorisation for us to continue billing that payment method, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Keeping your contact and payment information current is your responsibility.
Per-use transactions
When you use Flowtuna’s service for per-use transactions, such as mastering a song, your account will be billed immediately to your chosen payment method for each transaction.
Cancelling your account
Your Flowtuna Premium Account will continue unless you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your Premium Account before it renews to avoid being billed for the next period. Flowtuna will bill the fees associated with your Premium Account plus any applicable taxes to the payment method you provide during registration, or to a different payment method if you update your information.
Flowtuna Premium Accounts are prepaid and non-refundable. Flowtuna does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. You can cancel your Premium Account at any time via your “Account” page. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are issued for fees already charged. By signing up for a Flowtuna Premium Account and providing your payment information, you agree to these payment terms.
Content and rights
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the music and content you upload, and that your releases do not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the metadata and rights information you provide. Flowtuna may reject, remove or take down any release that violates these terms, our Song Track Uploading Policy or applicable law.
Payment method use and updates
Flowtuna will charge all applicable fees to the payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and may update it at any time in the “Payment Method” section of the service. If a transaction cannot be processed, you will receive an error and the transaction will be denied. Flowtuna may suspend your account and contact you for valid alternative payment information, but this does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees owed.
